For the last hundred years, Arturo Sánchez has been passionate about making the best Iberian pork products. Over four generations in a town called Guijuelo in the Spanish region of Castilla y Leon, they have refined their knowledge and skills, upholding excellence, craft, honesty, and tradition. Faithful to their legacy, using 100% Iberico pigs, providing them “doble montanera” (2 acorn feeding seasons) and applying artisanal open-air curing creates a meat in complete symbiosis with nature, unique, and what they call a “gastronomic jewel.”
