An estate bottled and produced olive oil from the southwest coast of Sicily, Italy. Organically grown mandarin oranges and Biancolilla olives, grown and milled on the estate, are crushed together capturing all of the fragrance of Mediterranean mandarins. A delicate, fruity, gently spicy, mandarin balm tantalizes the palette. The aroma offers a mandarin zest and fresh clean finish. Try its enthralling aroma on white fish fillet, a green leaf salad with the addition of orange zest, or in a home made mayonnaise served with shrimp. Add it to soy sauce for sushi and sashimi.
