Toma La Granda

“La Granda” comes from the traditional name of the province Cuneo. Balanced and versatile, La Granda is known for its sweetness and the elasticity of its paste. This cheese has an ivory-white paste and is mild and earthy, reminiscent of the clean mountain grasses from which it is made. La Granda is aged for 60 days.

Recommended Uses

So versatile – ideal for aperitivos or melted in any dish. Also nice as a meal ender – and pairs well with red wine!
