This is San Antonio’s flagship blend, a combination of all the native Croatian olive varieties they harvest from their 7,000 trees on their property. This is an oil with a medium level intensity with a good amount of spice, but not too bitter. The Mix has a fresh green grass aroma, with tasting notes of green olives and fruits – very smooth and harmonious. San Antonio’s olives are grown using organic methods in the sun-soaked region of Istria.
