
Flor de Aceite Extra Virgin Olive Oil (organic)
Flor de Aceite “Flower of the Oil” Fresh olive juice is collected via gravity drip after the olives are crushed, but before pressing. This unfiltered oil has an extraordinarily low oleic acidity of 0.1%, ten times lower than extra virgin labeling requires. The purest form of oil that can be produced using traditional methods— no shortcuts in production, resulting in a delicate and aromatic, strong yet smooth, confident yet forgiving oil matching mild bitterness and calm pepperiness.
Blend of fourteen varieties, principally Picuda, Picual and Hojiblanca.
