Native Tuscan varieties from the bucolic countryside of the Chianti Classico zone. Hand-harvested orchard of 10,000 trees. Limited, only 8,000 bottles a harvest! Olives are pressed on site within hours and gently filtered for a dedicated focus on quality over quantity. Oil is opaque green in color with a fruity aroma, a strong earthy flavor up front, and a lively, peppery finish.
